Kajian Literatur: Penerapan Big Data dan Artificial Intelligence untuk Perkembangan Bidang Edukasi dan Bisnis

Abstrak
Big Data dan AI (Artificial Intelligence) merupakan hasil perkembangan teknologi yang bisa dinikmati saat ini. Big Data dan AI ini sangat membantu dalam perkembangan edukasi dan dunia bisnis. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk melihat dan menganalisis terkait kajian literatur Penerapan Big Data dan AI Komunikasi pada bidang edukasi dan dunia bisnis. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur (literature review) dari database online Google Scholar. Telah di kurasi sebaanyak 7 jurnal internasional terkait Big Data dan AI. Hasil dari kajian literatur jurnal yang sudah dianalisis diketahui bahwa Big Data dan AI sangatlah berkaitan dan membantu dalam perkembangan bidang edukasi dan dunia bisnis seperti pembuatan iklan, pembelajaran interaktif pasca Covid-19, serta bisa menganalisis isu-isu penting untuk menciptakan nilai bisnis melalui analisis Big Data. Sehingga penerapan hingga integrasi Big Data dan AI menjadi peluang besar untuk meningkatkan efesiensi dan evektivitas dalam berbagai bidang, khususnya bidang edukasi dan dunia bisnis.
