Konflik Dalam Pergantian Perangkat Desa Sarude Kecamatan Sarjo Kabupaten Pasangkayu

Abstract

The village head has the authority to dismiss village officials who are considered not in line with the vision and direction of his leadership and to realize a prosperous and effective village government in serving the village community. This study aims to determine the conflicts that occur in the replacement of Sarude Village officials, Sarjo District, Pasangkayu Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data collection in this study is through observation, interviews, documentation. Informants include four people, namely, the village head, village officials, sub-district government, Villae Consultative Body (BPD). The results of the study show that limited resources are an obstacle in the process of appointing new village officials due to the lack of community understanding of regulations and administration. The decision of the village head is the cause of conflict because there are several parties who do not agree with the decision. This research is expected to be used as a reference and input for the Sarude Village government in the process of appointing and dismissing village officials.
