Digitalisasi Pelayanan Administrasi di Desa Kayu Agung Kabupaten Parigi Moutong

Abstract

Introduction: Lack of Human Resources and Limited internet access have an impact on the administrative services of the Kayu Agung Village Government. Therefore,  the aim  of this research  is to  find out how internet-based administrative services are in Kayu Agung village, Parigi Moutong Regency. The concept used is the digitalization characteristics of Evert M. Rogers which consists of the aspects of Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Testability and Observability.

Methods:  This  research  uses  qualitative methods  with  a  descriptive approach. Data collection through observations and interviews with the Village Government, Digital Cadres, and the Kayu Agung Village Community  and  documents  such  as  archives,  profiles,  and  reports related to this research topic.

Results: The results of this research show that the relative advantage has run optimally, while compatibility, complexity, testability and observability have not been optimal.

Conclusion: This research can contribute to literature related to government services to the community, especially those related to government digitalization.
