Tata Kelola Pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Vale di Desa Ululere, Morowali

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tata kelola organisasi dalam pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Vale Indonesia di Desa Ululere, Kecamatan Bungku Timur, Kabupaten Morowali, dengan menekankan efektivitas penerapan prinsip Good governance dan Collaborative Governance dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Berangkat dari kebutuhan CSR yang tidak hanya bersifat filantropis, tetapi berorientasi pada pemberdayaan melalui tata kelola yang transparan, partisipatif, dan akuntabel, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang melibatkan informan dari perusahaan, pemerintah desa, dan masyarakat melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola CSR PT Vale Indonesia berjalan sistematis melalui kemitraan antara perusahaan, pemerintah desa, dan masyarakat, diawali dengan need assessment, musyawarah desa sebagai forum pengambilan keputusan, dan pengesahan melalui berita acara sebagai bentuk akuntabilitas. Pemerintah desa berperan sebagai pengawas, sementara masyarakat terlibat sebagai pelaksana dan penerima manfaat. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa CSR PT Vale Indonesia telah terintegrasi dalam pembangunan lokal berkelanjutan dan berpotensi menjadi model tata kelola CSR di wilayah pertambangan lainnya.
