STRATEGI PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM MENAGGULANGI MASALAH KETENTRAMAN DAN KETERTIBAN MASYARAKAT DI DESA SIBAYU KABUPATEN DONGGALA

Abstract

Introduction: The problems raised in this study are related to the instability of security in the village, which is caused by the rampant acts of theft, roaming livestock, and juvenile delinquency, therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the government's strategy in overcoming the problem of peace and order in Sibayu Village. The theory used is the strategic management of Pahlevi and Musa consisting of formulation, implementation and evaluation.

Method: This study uses a qualitative method with a case study type. data collection through observation, interviews and documentation with the village government, BPD and the community.

Results: The results of this study based on the identification of aspects of strategy formulation, strategy implementation, strategy evaluation, show that the strategy implemented has not been running well, actions such as theft of roaming livestock and juvenile delinquency are still often found which cause instability of public order and peace.

Conclusion: This study is expected to increase understanding related to strategies in overcoming the problem of peace and order in the village, and be used as a reference by the village government in designing policies.
