Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Village Fund policies in supporting health development in Bobo Village, West Dolo District, Sigi Regency. The research used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach which was carried out in 2025. The research informants consisted of the village head, village midwife, BPD, health cadres and the community. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model with Van Meter and Van Horn's policy implementation theory. The research results show that the implementation of the Village Fund policy in the health sector has not been optimal, marked by a decrease in the health budget allocation from 20% in 2023 to 10% in 2024 and 8% in 2025. The main obstacles include limited budget, facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and coordination between implementers, even though village officials have a good commitment to implementing health programs. Social, economic and political conditions are also obstacles, especially in handling stunting. This research shows the need to optimize budgets, strengthen coordination, and improve health facilities to support health development in villages.
