Therefore, aspects of program management, such as planning, organizing, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring collaboration, are crucial to examine. The purpose of this study was to determine how the Women's Learning Circle's collaborative management efforts handled cases of sexual violence against women in Palu City. The research method was qualitative, using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. and document study and data analysis using an interactive model, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and final conclusions. The results of the study indicate that collaborative management in handling sexual violence against women at LiBu Perempuan is suboptimal, through the integrated implementation of management functions including planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and coordinating.
