Abstract

Introduction: The description of the problem of this research is the low quality of human resources (HR) in Bobo village, Palolo sub-district, Sigi Regency, both in terms of technical knowledge, managerial skills, and the lack of active community involvement in the program implementation process, human resource management (HRM) is very important here, therefore the purpose of this research is to find out how the HRM process in the program is running, this research focuses on HRM aspects which include planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, and performance management by (Gary Dessler, 2013)


Methodes: This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through direct observation, interviewing informants from the village government, members of the cooperative office and the community involved in the program.


Results: the study reveals that HRM in this program is not optimal due to insufficient planning, inadequate recruitment processes, and limited training initiatives by local authorities.


Conclusion: This research suggests that it is necessary to improve and need to increase monitiroring and mentoring in this strategic partnership program.
