Pengelolaan Aset Daerah pada Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah
Abstract
Introduction: The Office of National Unity and Regional Politics of Central Sulawesi Province has several government-owned vehicles that have not been returned by retired personnel. This issue arises due to a lack of participation and follow-up actions in addressing the problem of motorized government vehicles still held by unauthorized parties. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze regional asset management in the Office of National Unity and Regional Politics of Central Sulawesi Province. This study utilizes four key concepts: planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation.
Methods: this research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews with informants and direct observation at the Office of National Unity and Regional politics of Central Sulawesi Province. Additionally, the study is supported by relevant reports and documents.
Results: The findings reveal a lack of participation and decisive actions toward those holding regional government-owned motorized vehicles without returning them. There are eight vehicles yet to be returned, and the approach relies solely on withdrawal letters without firm follow-up actions.
Conclusion: This study is expected to contribute to the literature on regional asset management at the Office of National Unity and Regional Politics of Central Sulawesi Province.
