Abstract
ABSTRAK
Indonesia negara yang dianugerahi kekayaan alam luar biasa hingga menarik praktik kolonialisme dan imperialisme di nusantara sejak berbentuk kerajaan-kerajaan hingga saat ini. Berdasarkan konstitusi Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia khususnya Pasal 33 berbunyi Bumi dan air dan kekayaan alam yang terkandung di dalamnya dikuasai oleh negara dan dipergunakan untuk sebesar-besar kemakmuran rakyat. Namun pada implementasi dan praktiknya berbeda hingga memberikan dampak negatif ekologis dan sosial yang mengancam pembangunan Indonesia secara berkelanjutan. Tulisan ini menjadi signifikan untuk membahas pemanfaatan sumber daya alam yang memakmurkan rakyat. Dengan berupaya menjawab bagaimana Indonesia keluar dari kutukan extractivism resources? Menggunakan pendekatan ekonomi dalam melihat isu extractivism resources maka tulisan ini menawarkan kebijakan baru yang merupakan hasil economic analysis of policy.
