The purpose of this study is to analyze the execution of street vendor regulation policies at the Masomba market. The theory used is George C. Edward III's Policy Implementation, which consists of four factors that influence the effectiveness of policies: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong></p> <p><em>This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, documentation, and interviews with the Secretary General of the SATPOL-PP, street vendors, and the community (market visitors).</em></p> <p><strong><em>Result:</em></strong></p> <p><em>The findings indicate that the implementation of the policy is not optimal due to low effectiveness in all four variables, both from the implementers and the targeted groups. Although the government has made efforts to convey information, many street vendors feel they do not receive adequate support, particularly regarding permits and understanding of the policies.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong></p> <p><em>In the field of public administration, these findings enrich the understanding of inclusive policy implementation. Maka dari itu tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui proses collaborative governance dalam pengelolaan objek wisata paralayang wayu kabupaten sigi. Teori yang di gunakan yaitu dari ansel and gash 2008 dimana memiliki 5 aspek yaitu <em>face to face dialog,trust building,Commitment to process,share understanding, intermediate outcomes.</em></p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi,wawancara kepada dinas pariwisata kabupaten sigi, pemerintah desa wayu, Masyarakat yang tinggal di desa wayu, pengelola objek wisata, pengunjuk destinasi wisata,dan dokumen seperti profil dinas dan profil desa dan data lainnya yang berhubungan dengan topik.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kolaborasi antar pihak-pihak belum berjalan secara optimal. Tantangan untuk komunikasi yang terbatas, kurangnya kepercayaan,dan rendahnya komitmen. Namun Upaya perbaikan telah dimulai, Seperti dialog tatap muka, Pembangunan kepercayaan, dan peningkatan pemahaman Bersama.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Penelitian ini pada pemahaman pentingnya tata Kelola inklusif dan berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan pariwisata. Hal ini mencerminkan kurangnya infrastruktur pengelolaan dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat, meskipun regulasi sudah diterapkan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemerintah daerah menangani sampah. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua konsep, yaitu aspek dinamis dan aspek regulasi, dan fasilitator dari Ryas Rasyid.</p> <p><strong>Methods: </strong>Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara informan dan observasi yang berasal dari pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Morowali, Pemerintah Kecamatan Bahodopi, pemerintah desa Keurea, pemerintah desa Labota dan masyarakat. Selain itu penelitian ini juga didukung oleh laporan-laporan dan dokumen yang berhubungan dengan topik.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan pemerintah sering kali hanya bertindak saat keadaan darurat atau saat sorotan public meningkat. Regulasi yang ada seperti Perda No. 5 Tahu 2017 belum di implemetasikan secara optimal. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to discuss the transparency of village fund management in Budi Mukti Village. The theory used is the transparency of village fund management from Kristianten (2006), with indicators of document availability and accessibility, clarity of information, openness of processes, and a regulatory framework that ensures transparency.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Methods</em></strong><em>: This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was conducted through interviews with village government officials, community leaders, and documents related to village fund management.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Results</em></strong><em>: The research findings indicate that the management of village funds in Budi Mukti Village faces challenges in document accessibility, clarity of information, and community participation. Although transparency regulations are available, their implementation is less than optimal due to the limited understanding of village officials and the community. This issue arises due to a lack of participation and follow-up actions in addressing the problem of motorized government vehicles still held by unauthorized parties. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze regional asset management in the Office of National Unity and Regional Politics of Central Sulawesi Province. This study utilizes four key concepts: planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong><em> this research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews with informants and direct observation at the Office of National Unity and Regional politics of Central Sulawesi Province. Additionally, the study is supported by relevant reports and documents.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong><em> The findings reveal a lack of participation and decisive actions toward those holding regional government-owned motorized vehicles without returning them. The main problem raised is the difficulty in incorporating the values of equality, independence, accountability, transparency, and responsibility into the budget planning process. Thus, the purpose of this study is to assess how well the five principles of Good Corporate Governance are applied in the budget planning of PDAM Uetanah. The theory used is the theory of Bagiana (2022), This includes measures of equality, independence, responsibility, accountability, and transparency.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong> <em>This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with PDAM employees, DPRD members, and customer communities, as well as analysis of company and local government documents.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong><em> The results of the study indicate that PDAM Uetanah budget planning faces obstacles such as minimal collaboration between PDAM, local government, and the community; lack of transparency in budget use; and the influence of external pressure on budget independence. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out how internet-based administrative services are in Kayu Agung village, Parigi Moutong Regency. The concept used is the digitalization characteristics of Evert M. Rogers which consists of the aspects of Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Testability and Observability.</p> <p><strong>Methods: </strong>This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out how Donggala Regency Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2011 is implemented. The theory used to implement policies of Edward III consists of Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucracy.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews with informants from the government, companies, and the community, as well as the analysis of related documents, such as Donggala Regency Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2011.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The research findings indicate that the lack of coordination between the Environmental Agency and related parties, budget constraints that hinder direct supervision, and the ineffectiveness of SOPs in policy implementation impede the success of policy implementation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi keterbukaan informasi publik di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Palu sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> Penelitian ini menerapkan metode analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang mengkaji efektivitas sistem keterbukaan informasi dalam meningkatkan partisipasi dan kepercayaan masyarakat.</p> <p>Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan pengumpulan dokumentasi.</p> <p><strong>Result:</strong> Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem pelayanan publik secara online telah memudahkan akses informasi dan meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat.
