This research aims to determine marriage registration services at the West Palu Religious Affairs Office. This type of research uses a descriptive research type and is based on qualitative research. There were 6 informants in this research. Data collection techniques are carried out through library studies and field studies through observation, interviews and documentation. The data types consist of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis is data collection, data condentatiom, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The theory used is from Zeithaml, Parasuraman dan Berry, (1990) in Ratminto dan Winarsih (2005) that there are five indicators used in this research, namely: Direct evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Concern. Based on the research results, it shows that the Marriage Registration Service at the West Palu Religious Affairs Office. has not been fully implemented well. The main dimensions of service at the West Palu Religious Affairs Office, such as direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, guarantee and care, have been implemented. However, direct evidence and reliability at the West Palu Religious Affairs Office have not been implemented optimally. This is evidenced by the lack of facilities and infrastructure at the Religious Affairs Office, the lack of facilities and infrastructure in the form of chairs, printers and computers, which slows down the performance of employees in carrying out marriage registration services at the West Palu Religious Affairs Office. Then, in terms of reliability, there are still problems with When carrying out administrative registration, there are still unsynchronized identity documents for the prospective bride and groom and there are still some employees who do not understand how to operate computer facilities, which becomes an obstacle for the prospective bride and groom in carrying out the registration process.
