This is caused by the aspect of effectiveness, which has not gone well enough because on the part of the Tinggede Village Government in terms of payroll has not been in accordance with the desired expectations because Tinggede village is a large village in Sigi Regency causing the village government to complain about the amount of salary given to them. From the aspect of efficiency, it has not run optimally in terms of time efficiency, namely the factor of delay in the issuance of the Regent Regulation on Village Fund Allocation. And from the aspect of adequacy, the desired results in the Village Fund Allocation budget to the satisfaction and level of needs of the Village Government are considered insufficient and satisfactory to the Tinggede Village Government.

Keywords: Policy Evaluation, Village Fund Allocation, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, and Appropriteness.
Saskia Khaerunisya Ahmad, Muhammad Rapi, Nasir Mangasing Copyright (c) 2024 JPS: Journal of Publicness Studies https://jurnal.fisip.untad.ac.id/index.php/jps/article/view/1223 Wed, 29 May 2024 18:46:10 +0700 Pelayanan Pencatatan Nikah di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Palu Barat Kota Palu https://jurnal.fisip.untad.ac.id/index.php/jps/article/view/1303
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelayanan pencatatan nikah di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Palu Barat. The results showed that the level of Publik Participation in the Preparation of the Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) of Palu City. Is in the Non Participation category. This can be seen in the musrenbang process carried out at each level where the community is involved but the musrenbang forum itself is only a forum for legalizing the government's agenda where the community has no room to determine because in the end the decision is taken by the government itself. And in the Therapy ladder, at this level there is already communication but it is still very limited. Communication is more emphasized in one direction, namely top down. In the Therapy ladder, it is described as hearing activities from the community, however, it does not have any influence on policies or programs that have taken place. The community does not have the space and capacity to contribute to decision-making.

Keywords: Policy Formulation, Publik Participation, RKPD
feby kalsum hidayatullah, Intam Kurnia, Fiki Ferianto Copyright (c) 2024 JPS: Journal of Publicness Studies https://jurnal.fisip.untad.ac.id/index.php/jps/article/view/1352 Wed, 29 May 2024 18:53:24 +0700 EFFECTIVENESS OF THE INTEGRATED YOUTH POSTS SERVICES PROGRAM IN BEKA VILLAGE MARAWOLA DISTRICT SIGI REGENCY https://jurnal.fisip.untad.ac.id/index.php/jps/article/view/1374
This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the integrated youth service post program in Beka Village, Marawola District, Sigi Regency.
